Mad City Vettes (MCV) is a member of the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC).  NCCC was established in 1959 by a small group of Corvette owners and enthusiasts as an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization. NCCC's mission is to promote Corvette ownership and encourage participation in the enjoyment connected with the use and ownership of America's Sports Car - the Corvette! The benefits of NCCC membership include:

Competition Program

NCCC conducts a National Competition Program to encourage interactivity between clubs. Competitions are run according to the NCCC’s nationally recognized rules and include drag racing, high and low speed autocross, funkhana, rallyes and car shows. A club uses their annual sanctions for NCCC events that they conduct. A National Points Standing and a Regional Points Standing is maintained is maintained. Trophies are awarded to top competitors nationally and regionally.

Convention

NCCC hosts an annual convention in different parts of our country each summer. NCCC members come together from across the nation for a week of competition events, day trips to local attractions and evenings of dinner/entertainment.

Discounts

Many national companies offer discounts to NCCC members. Others donate a percentage to NCCC when a member purchases their goods or services.

Insurance

NCCC offers insurance coverage to participating clubs and their members, an important asset for club's conducting competition events.

NCCC Scholarship Program

Founded in 1990 and funded through donations from Clubs, individuals and corporate friends, the NCCC Scholarship Program awards $1,000 scholarships to worthy young people connected to NCCC through a father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, etc., who has been a member of NCCC for at least three years.

Publications

NCCC publishes a national quarterly magazine to keep members up to date on what is happening in their region and nationally.

As a Member Club of the National Council of Corvette Clubs, Inc. (NCCC), Mad City Vettes (MCV) is also a Member Club of their Midwest Region (MW) commonly referred to within the Region as the MWR. The MWR serves about 2,500 NCCC Members in 27 NCCC Clubs in the States of Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
